I’m Riyas Abubacker, a certified personal fitness trainer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry, spanning both Dubai and Kerala. My mission is to help individuals unlock their full potential through customized fitness programs, sustainable routines, and consistent motivation.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding numerous clients through incredible body and lifestyle transformations.
